Products are distributed by Silentnight are delivered directly though their home
delivery service.
Direct Home Delivery Procedure
Once your order has been processed, within five working days Silentnight
will contact the customer on behalf of BedsBedsBedding.co.uk. Silentnight
will confirm the delivery address and product details. Silentnight
will then offer possible delivery date as and options of a morning
(7.30 am – 1.30pm) of afternoon (11.30am – 7.30pm)
slot. If the customer accepts, a delivery conformation will be
sent either by post or email. The customer is provided with a contact
telephone number, should the customer need to change the date or
check any details.
Normal delivery lead times are 14 working days, depending on annual holiday.

as indicated on your delivery advice letter.
Delivery Attempts
Delivery will be provided by a two man service. Silentnight will make three attempts
to effect a successful delivery. If unsuccessful on the third attempt extra
delivery charges may be incurred by yourself

Delivery of goods shall be to mainland addresses only.
Stock permitting, orders are dispatched as soon as possible, to arrive
within the UK within 7 -10 working days. In the event that an item
is temporarily out of stock we will notify you of any delay , if
unable to stock item, an alternative item will be offered and if
necessary, a full refund.
Once goods have been delivered, they will be held at the customers own risk and we are not liable for their loss or destruction.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimates, and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery, at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
